Standard projects use a 50% deposit to reserve your start date, with the balance due before launch. For larger projects over $2,000, a 3-milestone payment plan is available. Starter Sites: 7–10 business days. Business Pro: 14–21. E-Commerce: 21–30. Premium builds are scoped with a firm schedule. Prompt feedback and assets from you keep everything on track — and you'll always know your timeline before we start.

Care plans start at $97/month. What happens if something breaks after launch?
Every package includes a 7-day post-launch bug fix window — anything that's not right, I make right, free. After that, care-plan clients get ongoing support and monitoring, and everyone can request help à la carte ($75/hour) or same-day emergency fixes ($150 flat + hourly).

You do — 100%. Hosting and domain are set up under your own account, so you keep full ownership of your site, your data, and your domain. No hostage situations here. Do you provide hosting?
I help you set up reliable hosting (Site Ground, WP Engine, Cloud ways, and similar) under your own account — so you own everything. On a subscription plan, hosting is included per your tier — the Professional plan includes free hosting. See subscription plans

Fast — usually the same day. When you work with me, you get my direct email and real answers from a real person. No ticket black holes, no "your call is important to us."

Priority email and chat support (24-hour response) is included in the Growth Care Plan, and there's a support portal for ongoing help.
