Shipping & Delivery Policy

At fullstackshannon.com, we provide digital services, consultations, creative assets, and, where available, physical apparel. This policy explains how each type of order is delivered.

Digital Products & Services

Website design, branding, logo design, social media graphics, digital marketing strategy, landing page design, and similar creative services are delivered electronically. Delivery may be completed by email, shared drive, website handoff, client account access, project workspace, or another method agreed to during the project. No physical shipping fee applies to digital services.

Consultations & Collaboration Meetings

Initial Collaboration Meetings are delivered by scheduled appointment. After purchase, we will coordinate meeting details using the contact information provided at checkout. The $45 meeting fee is nonrefundable and is applied toward your project balance if we move forward together.

Physical Apparel

If you purchase physical apparel, order processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Custom apparel, specialized design items, or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment, depending on the carrier and destination.

Tracking, Address Accuracy & Damaged Packages

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent by email after shipment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

If you have questions about an order or delivery, please contact us at shannonwhite@fullstackshannon.com or through our Contact page.
